The old Cannes (Suquet) is a charming medieval village with cobbled streets, bars and restaurants and its Forville farmer’s market. But Cannes’ nightlife doesn’t stop there: there are many nightlife establishments located all over the city (Le Gotta, Le Baoli, etc.).
Cannes offers an ideal setting for relaxing or water sports enthusiasts with its fine sandy beaches, and the Lérins Islands which are less than 15 minutes by boat. And whether you love the sea or the mountains, relaxation or culture, Cannes is ideally placed to visit the jewels of the south-east of France: 20km from Grasse, 30km from Nice, 50km from Monaco, 100km from Saint-Tropez , 150km from Aix-en-Provence / Marseille.
We formed this family business in 2016 of our love for the French Riviera and our pleasure to provide a unique service to anyone visiting our region for leisure or work.
Our approach is to identify under-valued assets with great potential, renovate them and provide eco-friendly, authentic and high-value services. Our operations are digital and automated, and our providers selected with the greatest care. LB Vacation Rentals organized a sweepstakes in June 2021 to offer a 3-night stay. Alexis K. was the lucky winner and traveled to Cannes in November to one of our 2-bedroom apartments. He tells us why he chose Cannes in this interview.

Corinne has 30 years experience as an accountant and manages the company financials and taxes.
Nazim manages customer and vendor relationships to ensure smooth operations and timely guest support. He is also responsible for designing tailored sports packages for events in Cannes, offering a unique experience and a new perspective on the city.
Virginie takes pride to clean our properties following our enhanced cleaning protocols using desinfectants approved against Covid-19. She preapre the apartment with gifts & attentions to make the guests' arrivals special.
Rayan manages the company marketing, communication & Business Development as well as the customer & vendor relationships to ensure that our operations run smoothly, and that our guests needs are addressed in a timely manner.
